The Role
As a Construction Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing client relationships, sourcing high-quality construction professionals, and managing the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and developing relationships with construction clients
- Winning new business opportunities through sales and networking activity
- Recruiting permanent, temporary, and contract construction professionals
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Conducting candidate interviews and assessments
- Building specialist talent pools within the construction sector
- Managing client expectations and service delivery
- Negotiating terms of business and placement fees
- Providing market intelligence and salary benchmarking advice
- Achieving and exceeding recruitment targets and KPIs
