The Role
As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing relationships with schools, academies, multi-academy trusts and education professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Building and managing relationships with schools and education providers
- Sourcing and attracting teaching and support staff
- Developing new business opportunities within the education sector
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to placement
- Conducting candidate interviews and compliance checks
- Supporting schools with staffing solutions and workforce planning
- Building talent pools within specialist education disciplines
- Managing candidate availability and placement schedules
- Negotiating terms and recruitment agreements
- Achieving and exceeding revenue and activity targets
