The Role

As an Education Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing relationships with schools, academies, multi-academy trusts and education professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Building and managing relationships with schools and education providers
• Sourcing and attracting teaching and support staff
• Developing new business opportunities within the education sector
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification to placement
• Conducting candidate interviews and compliance checks
• Supporting schools with staffing solutions and workforce planning
