The Role
As an Engineering & Manufacturing Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and sourcing high-quality engineering professionals across permanent, interim, and contract markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and managing a portfolio of Engineering and Manufacturing clients
- Winning new business through proactive sales activity
- Building candidate talent pools within specialist technical markets
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Qualifying vacancies and understanding client requirements
- Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
- Arranging client interviews and managing offer negotiations
- Providing market intelligence and salary benchmarking advice
- Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Achieving and exceeding monthly revenue and activity targets

Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
- Previous recruitment agency experience
