The Role

As a Finance & Accountancy Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing relationships with finance professionals and clients while delivering exceptional recruitment solutions across the market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and managing a portfolio of Finance & Accountancy clients
• Developing new business opportunities through targeted sales activity
• Recruiting for permanent, interim and contract finance vacancies
• Sourcing and engaging highly skilled finance professionals
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Conducting candidate interviews and qualifications
• Advising clients on market trends, salaries and hiring strategies
• Negotiating offers and managing placements
