The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn every aspect of the recruitment process while building your own portfolio of candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting quality candidates
• Screening CVs and conducting candidate interviews
• Building relationships with clients and job seekers
• Writing engaging job adverts and social media content
• Managing candidate applications and interviews
• Supporting senior consultants with recruitment campaigns
• Identifying business development opportunities
• Learning market trends and sector-specific knowledge
• Maintaining recruitment databases and CRM systems
